Small public water systems · Central PA

Your sampling, records and DEP deadlines, handled.

If your campground, restaurant, school or business runs on its own well, you're a public water system with real monitoring deadlines. A PA Class A certified operator keeps you sampled, documented and ready for your next sanitary survey.

Every client gets a calendar like this, built from their own DEP monitoring schedule.

Who it's for

Systems that need an operator's eye, not a full-time operator

Campgrounds and RV parks

Seasonal startup, routine coliform and nitrate sampling, and records ready for inspection.

Restaurants and shops on a well

Sampling on schedule, results reviewed, and a plan if anything comes back positive.

Schools and daycares

Lead and copper rounds, chemical monitoring cycles, and disinfection logs.

Workplaces and small communities

Contract operator coverage where DEP requires an operator in responsible charge.

Services and pricing

Two monthly plans, plus one-time work when you need it

Final pricing depends on your system and is set after a site walk.

Transient systems · campgrounds, restaurants, shops

  1. Free compliance check

Send your PWS ID and recent DEP letters. You get a short list of gaps and upcoming deadlines.

  2. Site walk

About one to two hours on site: well, treatment, storage, sample taps and records.

  3. Proposal and agreement

A written scope with your final monthly price, sampling plan and who reports what.

  4. Routine visits

Samples collected and delivered to an accredited lab, readings logged, and a written summary after each visit.
